WHAT IS MORELOOK.COM?
MORELOOK.COM is a lookbook based in Malaysia and Singapore designed to enhance the online blog shopping experience.
HOW ML WORKS?
We have a few bots that run on the server to check for updates from both Malaysia and Singapore blogshops. All these automatic retrieved blogshop items will appear on ML for 30 20 daysstarting from the date they published their release. After 20 days, these items are hidden from visitors as we assume they should be sold by their respective blogshop owners (we won't know whether they are sold unless the owner or visitors tell us by clicking on the sold out button). If they are ML users, they can submit those items that haven't been sold to ML to tell ML visitors about it. These are manually submitted items which every ML users have access to.
Manually submitted items will appear on ML for 10 days. After 10 days, it will be hidden as well. If it is not sold within 10 days, the user can bump the item for another 10 days to bring that particular item on the first page again. This can be done every 10 days continuously. And this is the reason why automatic items are given 30 days as they are unable to be bumped. We give manually submitted items more priority and advantages over automatic retrieved items. The reason for the expiry for each item was to prevent any sold out item to be viewed by visitors again and again when using the random function and etc. No one wants to know what has been sold and people are too lazy to tell us what is still available. So this process can help reduce the number of sold items from appearing.
Of course our system is not perfect and in some ways it can still be exploit but bear in mind we have moderator to check on the item appearing on the front page every day. If some one is trying to exploit the system, their item will most likely be hidden forever. Please be fair to others. Everyone wants to be successful and we are here to help, don't make our life difficult 
WHAT IS SELLER PRIORITY SECTION?
We appreciate people who submit their item manually. Thus, the items that are submitted manually will always have higher priority than those that are automatically retrieved. The seller priority section basically is a small section on every page that display items that was submitted manually. This is to increase the chances of sales for people who submit manually rather than automatically.

WHERE IS MY ACCOUNT?
it is located on the top right hand side on the website, just beside the link "log out". Click on your name and all the options you are able to perform is located there. (post a look, post blogshop, change password, change details, etc.)
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY BLOGSHOP HAS UPDATED?
This is simple, just visit blogshops section on the navigation bar and mouse over the blogshop you wish to check. There will be a message showing when and what happen to that particular blogshop on MORE LOOK.
HOW OFTEN MORELOOK.com UPDATES?
We update our apparel on MORELOOK.com almost instantly after the blogshops listed on MORELOOK.com have updated. MORELOOK.com checks for update every few seconds to ensure that all updates are being shown to MORELOOK users. This is to ensure MORELOOK users are able to see a large range of products every single day without opening ten or more website just to get inform on their status.
SOME OF MY ITEMS WEREN'T RETRIEVED INTO ML?
Our bot do not know which item to retrieves. Hence, it will always retrieves the top most item of your blog post. Try to place your nicest image on the top (you should) and post each item on separate blog post. This way, all your items will definitely be retrieved.
I REGISTER USING FACEBOOK, HOW DO I LOGIN?
You can login by clicking on 'login with facebook' button or through your facebook login email and password you have written previously when you were registering through facebook. If you have forgotten what have you typed for password during your registration, you can try to reset your password or sent us an email to change your password manually. We will gladly help.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED FACE AND FACELESS IMAGE?
We categorize the model into two type of image. An image with face and those that without. Any image that doesn't show face will be considered as faceless while those that show will be one that will be categorize as face.
WHY ARE ALL CONTENTS ON UNCATEGORIZED?
On MORELOOK.com everything is retrieve by the system and uncategorized. This is to ensure fairness to people who submitted manually.

IS MOBILE PHONE VERSION PROVIDED
Unfortunately we are not providing mobile version at the moment. Depending on the demand of the system. We might just come up with a mobile solution for mobile users.
WHY CAN'T I SEE MALAYSIA/SINGAPORE BLOGSHOP ITEMS
You will have to register and login in order to view the other country items. You will have to go the My Account=>Settings to change your view to 'Both Region'.

IS THERE A REQUIREMENT TO BE LISTED ON MORELOOK?
Nope.
WHO CAN SUBMIT BLOG?
Anyone registered user can submit a blogshop.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR NEW BLOG TO APPEAR ON MORELOOK?
Usually its within few minutes upon approval. Our system will automatically do that for us.
WHY MUST IT BE APPROVED?
It must be approved to prevent submission of blogs or websites with inappropriate contents.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SUBMITTED BLOG TO APPEAR ON ML?
Upon approval, it will most likely be on the page within 30 minutes automatically.
MY BLOGSHOP IS APPROVED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ON ML!
If your blogshop has been approved but no content was retrieved, there are a few possibilities that occurred.
- Your blogshop might be outdated.
- Your blogshop RSS might be disabled or set as private. Hence, our system cannot retrieves it.
- Your blogshop items has been retrieved but the content date was not today. Hence, it won't appear on the top of the front page.
- Your content is over 2 months old and the system won't bother to retrieve old archived apparels.
- Your RSS is broken.
Just take note that if your blogshop has been approved, you can always check on the list of blogshops on ML. Clicked on your blogshop name and it will lead you to all that particular blogshop items retrieved by our system. On the other hand, you can always do this manually through your POST A LOOK. If all of these fail, do send us an email and we will gladly investigate for you!
HOW DO I CHECK WHAT'S IN MY BLOGSHOP RSS?
You can check your blogshop RSS by using browser internet explorer (IE). However, for different platforms their RSS URL is different. Here are some ways to browse different RSS on a particular website.

What you see over there will be retrieved into ML if the entries are less than 2 months.
OMG! MY RSS IS BROKEN! MY LATEST POST WASN'T SHOWN ON MY RSS!! THIS MEANS ML CAN'T RETRIEVE?!
Unfortunately this is correct. Our automatic system will not be able to retrieve your apparel if your RSS is not up to date. Nonetheless, you can always perform a manual submission to us through POST A LOOK.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY BLOG ITEMS MANUALLY?

MY BLOG IS NOT A BLOGSPOT OR LIVEJOURNAL PLATFORM
Simple. Just provide us with your Feedburner URL and submit that URL to us. If you do not want to register as a feedburner user, just register yourself as a 'Other platform' user where you can upload your content to ML in a few easy steps! Check the latest features in ML v3!

Only tumblr, blogspot, livejournal and feedburner ML blogshop owners can enjoy this. However, not all RSS is up to date due to various reason such as broken RSS or post RSS being private. Hence, please ensure all your RSS is working properly or you will have to do this manually
WHY WORDPRESS IS NOT SUPPOSED?
We really wish to support WordPress platform but free WordPress blog doesn't allow picture to be display on their feed. Hence, we will advise blogshop owners to use feedburner instead.
